The 40-year-old from Huntingdon was charged after incidents on Saturday.
The full charges are:
. Racially aggravated assault
. Racially aggravated criminal damage
. Three counts of criminal damage.
The charges follow incidents in Huntingdon on Saturday night where a man was assaulted and windows at Pizza Town and Bejing City were damaged.
The man has been remanded to appear in court at a later date.
