Man arrested by police investigating theft from cash machine
A man in his 40s was arrested last night (April 30) on suspicion of theft in connection with an investigation into the theft of cash from an ATM in Whittlesey.
Police say the man has since been released under investigation while further enquiries are carried out.
The investigation was launched after a woman in her 80s was at a cash machine inside the Nisa store in Victory Avenue, Whittlesey at about 11.10am on Wednesday morning (28 April) when £100 she had just withdrawn was taken from the machine.
