Man appears in court charged with burglary, fraud and shoplifting in Peterborough

A man who was arrested yesterday morning (Tuesday) by neighbourhood policing officers has been charged with several offences.

David Campbell (37) of no fixed address has been charged with burglary in connection with an incident in Thorpe Road on April 2, four counts of fraud by false representation by using stolen bank cards, and theft of food and a shopping basket from Nisa store at the Chadburn Centre, Paston.

He appeared at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today and has been remanded in custody to appear in court at a later date.
