Bernabe Martinez Sanchez, aged 51 from Murcia, Spain, was charged with driving a motor vehicle while over the prescribed alcohol limit.

He was stopped yesterday on the A47 near Peterborough, and gave a breathalyser reading of 124ugs in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35ugs.

He has been remanded to appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court today.
