Officers issued a warning about passenger numbers in cars after stopping this vehicle elsewhere in the region. They said: " Out of the corner of my eye I spied this. Grand total of 7 passengers. The two 4 year old girls on laps of slightly older children. But he said he was safe as he was no faster than 30mph! Tell that to the courts! Ticket issued and taxi arranged." Photo: Midlands
