The five males were arrested by police on suspicion of rape after two teenage girls made allegations in January.

Three 18-year-old men, a 27-year-old man and the 16-year-old boy were due to answer police bail this week. A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said they have all now been re-bailed until April 14.

The rapes are alleged to have happened at some point between January 11 and January 12 at properties in Lincoln Road and St Paul’s Road.

As a result of the allegations, police applied for a court order to shut down the Babylon Restaurant and Shisha Lounge in Lincoln Road. The court order says the restaurant will be shut for three months.
