Fire spreads from car to house as arsonists strike in Peterborough
Arsonists torched a car on a Peterborough street in the early hours of this morning.
Crews from Dogsthorpe Fire Station were called to a fire on Cromwell Road in Millfield, Peterborough at about 3.50am today (Thursday).
Firefighters arrived to find a car on fire that was spreading to a house. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 5.15am.
