5. Scott Gaunt
Scott Gaunt, 35, was found messaging a 12 year old girl, speaking sexually and encouraging her to perform sex acts on herself. Gaunt admitted to police that he knew he was talking to a child and that what he said to her was wrong. He was sentenced to 28 months behind bars. Photo: Cambridgeshire Constabulary
6. Anthony Lewis
Anthony Lewis was given a life sentence after he abused children as young as four for three decades. Lewis admitted nine counts of rape, 10 indecent assaults and one count of sexual assault committed against girls aged from four and 17 between 1987 and 2007. Photo: Cambridgeshire Constabulary
7. Nathan Nicholson
Nathan Nicholson, 21, attacked a man in a Peterborough flat with a machete. He fractured the victims skull, cut off one of his fingers, partially severed others and left him with severe cuts to his leg. Nicholson was later arrested in London and was found to be in possession of 113 wraps of cocaine and 103 wraps of heroin. He was sentenced to a total of 17 years. Photo: Cambridgeshire Constabulary
8. Tommy Whitmore
Tommy Whitmore, 26, got behind the wheel after a night of drinking and crashed head on into another vehicle by the Stanground junction, killing the three people inside. Whitemore was arrested at the scene. He has been sentenced for eight years and four months. Photo: Cambridgeshire Constabulary
