Liebscher, 37, was charged on May 9 after police were called to the Werrington Centre, in Werrington, Peterborough, at about 8am on Sunday, May 8.

An offender held a woman at knifepoint while she was using a cash machine before making off on foot with a quantity of cash.

There will now be a Newton Hearing (a trial without a jury - with the judge hearing the arguments from both sides) at a currently unfixed date.
