The individuals were given fixed penalty notices of £60 for contravening social distancing rules put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

The vehicle was found to be wheel spinning at the former RAF Upwood site near Ramsey.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesperson said the vehicle was reported by residents on Saturday and Sunday to be driving in an anti-social manner.

The fines were handed out on Sunday evening.
