A cannabis growing operation worth nearly £150,000 has been dismantled by police.

Officers raided a property in Lancaster Court, Yaxley, on Wednesday (March 17).

A police spokesman said: "Officers from your local Neighbourhood policing team executed a warrant under S.23 misuse of drugs act in Lancaster Court, Yaxley yesterday morning

"On entering the property a sizeable cannabis cultivation was discovered. The total cost of this grow is estimated to be approximately £150,000
