Boys aged 13-15 arrested after daylight robbery at Peterborough park

The incidents took place between 3.15 and 3.30pm on Wednesday. On both occasions nothing was taken, but demands were made of the victims police said.

DC Tom Hunt, who is investigating, said: “These incidents took place in broad daylight and we know there will have been people around the area at the time.

“We are urging anyone who witnessed the offences or who may have been in the John Clare Recreation Ground area before the incidents took place to please come forward and speak to us.

“Any information, no matter how insignificant you think it might be, could be a huge help with our investigation.”
