A47 closed after combine harvester spillage
The A47 is closed westbound between Guyhirn and Wisbech this afternoon, Tuesday August 2, after a spillage involving a combine harvester.
The road lis closed South Brink westbound between B198 Cromwell Road and A141 March Road while recovery work takes place after a combine harvester broke down and leaked a large amount of hydraulic fluid all over the carriageway.
The eastbound carriageway is open but traffic is heavy near the scene of the westbound spillage.
Highways contractors and police are at the scene.
