A47 blocked after crash between lorry and three vans
A serious collision between a lorry and three vans blocked the A47 between Peterborough and Wisbech this afternoon, Thursday March 24.
The crash took place northbound on South Brink between Guyhirm and Wisbech and blocked the road in both directions.
Police said they were called at 2.10pm this afternoon and that two men have been injured, although ambulance crews have confirmed they did not need hospital treatment and described them as “walking wounded.”
Police attended and the road is now clear.
