Departing from Ham Lane Station, where there is a cafe, gift shop and small adventure playground, the Ferry Meadows Railway will whisk you grandly around the edge of Coney Meadow with the often busy Overton Lake visible from the other side. Once you're at this end of the line you can do anything from explore the park to hire a canoe.

Sacrewell Farm and Country Centre offers a nice mixture of countryside, animals and history. This farm attraction was founded in 1964 to help educate people on agriculture. It now houses rare breeds of sheep, pigs, goats, Shetland ponies, cows, donkeys and lots of chickens. Visitors can feed the animals, hunt for eggs in the hay, dig for buried treasure and take a ride on the tractor before heading indoors to the activity barn.
