Coronavirus: Peterborough begins return to normal life in first weekend after restrictions eased

With unlimited exercise allowed, parks re-opening and more takeaways serving, residents were out and about across the city over Saturday and Sunday, helped by the warmer weather.

Golf and tennis clubs also saw more members return after they were allowed to open under strict regulations on Wednesday.

Individuals in England are allowed to meet with one other person from outside their household if they stay outdoors and keep two metres apart.

They are also now allowed to travel as far as they want to visit outdoor spaces.
