Three applications for flats in Broadway approved in latest build-up of city centre properties

RPA Limited has received the green light from Peterborough City Council to convert offices into eight one-bedroom studio apartments at 61 Broadway, with six car spaces.

It has also received permission to convert offices at 63 Broadway into 10 one-bedroom studio apartments with seven parking spaces.

Moreover, a separate application to convert a vacant cosmetic clinic into a ground floor, two-bedroom flat at 60A Broadway has also been approved.

The application states: “Whilst the property does not offer any on-site parking there is permit holder parking available in the surrounding streets.”

The proposals are just the latest in the build-up of new properties in the city centre, in particular Broadway where flats plans for the council’s former offices at Bayard Place and the former job centre have been approved.
