Peterborough office conversion into flats approved

Plans to convert offices in Peterborough into six new flats have been approved.

The city council has given the go ahead for the conversion at Garrick House in High Street, Glinton, with the new one-bedroom properties adding to the two flats which are already present.

The works will also see an outbuilding demolished and iron railings installed at the front, while there will be 10 parking spaces including two specifically for visitors and cycle storage.
