New showhome at Deepings development opens

Linden Homes, part of the Vistry Group, is building 77 new homes at Springfields, off Linchfield Road. The development offers a mix of three and four-bedroom houses.

The first properties at Springfields have already been sold after more than 600 people registered interest in the development before the launch in August, with the first residents due to move into their new homes in March.

The new four-bedroom The Pembroke showhome was officially opened to visitors, by appointment only, from February 13.
