More coffee on the go as new Starbucks opens in Peterborough

The new Starbucks on Lincoln Road, Walton, is drive-thru only at the moment, of course, because of lockdown.

It has been built at the front of the Morrison’s store car park and has created 20 jobs.

To celebrate the opening, welcome drink vouchers were distributed by the local businesses and Starbucks gift bags offered to the first 150 customers.

The outlet will support the British Heart Foundation as its local charity partner throughout the year.

A second launch will be held when the café area can open after lockdown.
