Ferry Meadows restaurant prepares to re-open

Lakeside Kitchen & Bar said it will be able to confirm a re-opening date by Monday next week, with only outdoor seating available.

Posting on Facebook, it said: “A quick update from us.

“Firstly hope you are all safe and been looking after yourselves during these difficult times.

“We are gearing up to opening our doors soon. We will confirm the date by end of Sunday or Monday hopefully.

“Things will be different as expected for now. We will have seating only outside. All we will serve is takeaways for now including food and drink and of course your favourite cakes :)

“We will maintain the 2m distance. We will open our kiosk and cafe on busy days.

“Our toilets wont be accessible as the toilets outside for public will be opened.

“Hope to see you guys soon.
