A first look at new cocktail lounge opening in Peterborough

Chaat & Chill, described by the team behind it as “more than a restaurant – it’s a cultural lounge” is replacing the former Dice Box cafe on Bridge Street.

The finishing touches are currently being worked on ahead of the official opening, when the first 100 customers will be treated to free chai and samosa chaat – which is behind the new venue’s name.

Owners Loyd and Varun, both city businessmen, say their “mission” is to introduce Peterborough to the rich, diverse world of Indian street food in a space that blends traditional flavours with modern vibes.

They will serve Indian breakfasts, street food lunches and evening cocktails .

Opening is at 12pm on Saturday, November 29.
