PaperDrop provides specialist software that helps contractors simplifying document processes for work projects.

The software was designed by Mr Taylor to end the chaos he suffered in his own contracting business.

"It helped us manage job schedules, handle documents, and track hours—all in one place. It made life easier, plain and simple.

"Then other contractors noticed. They saw how it was cutting down on admin work and saving time and they wanted in.

"What started as an internal tool became a full-blown job management system.”

He said: “Most similar software targets enterprises and larger businesses.

"My focus has always been on small to medium-sized businesses, which I can personally relate to and we aim to help businesses improve efficiency and transition away from paper-based methods.”

Piers Barron, who is the chief executive for the PaperDrop, said: “We’re building a team that’s driven to make a real impact.

"We are ready to create many new jobs in Peterborough and further strengthen the city's reputation as a smart location for a tech startup.

"With ARU Peterborough just around the corner, PaperDrop is excited to tap into the local talent pool and is also looking to offer opportunities for new professionals to grow their careers while staying within the local community.”
