Healthwatch Peterborough wants to find out how you - and the people you care about - have managed during the pandemic with a 10-minute survey.

What you tell Healthwatch will really help local NHS and care organisations protect people during the pandemic.

The organisation is hoping to hear from a range of people, including those with long-term health conditions, people who have been shielding, people with disabilities or those experiencing mental health difficulties.

The survey takes 10 minutes and is anonymous.
