The four neighbourhoods in Peterborough where Covid infections are higher than December as Boris Johnson prepares to unveil a roadmap out of lockdown

Of the 22 neighbourhoods in the city, North Bretton & Westwood, Millfield & Bourges Boulevard, Hargate & Orton Longueville and Orton Malborne & Goldhay have all seen the rate increase.

The national lockdown started on December 31, with schools closing to a majority of pupils a few days later - although Peterborough has been in effective lockdown since being moved into Tier 4 before Christmas.

For North Bretton & Westwood, the rate on December 31 was 306.3 cases per 100,000 people - but on February 11 it stood at 344.6.

For Millfield & Bourges Boulevard the rate on December 31 was 487.6 cases per 100,000 people - but on February 11 it stood at 666.7.

For Hargate & Orton Longueville the rate on December 31 was 257.5 cases per 100,000 people - but on February 11 it stood at 324.6.

And for Orton Malborne & Goldhay the rate on December 31 was 349.6 cases per 100,000 people - but on February 11 it stood at 411.3.

Across the country are still 467 neighbourhoods where infection rates are higher than at the start of lockdown.
