The figures show that up to and including January 229 people in the city died as a result of the virus (where Covid-19 was mentioned as a cause on the death certificate).
Of those, 79 people died in January.
The worst affected area of the city has been Central Park with 29 deaths overall, including 13 in January, while the Bretton Park area has seen 25 deaths overall.
Paston, in contrast, has seen one death which came last month.
