A total of 5,579 people have had at least one dose of the vaccination in Stanground - just ahead of Orton West and Castor, which has had 5,048 people receiving a jab.
Nearly half of the population of Peterborough aged 16 and over has now had the jab.
The area of Peterborough which has had the most vaccinations in the under 50 age group is Hampton Vale (1,655 people)
For people aged in their 50s, Stanground again tops the charts, leading the way with people aged 50-54 (777 people) and 55-59 (710 people).
Orton West and Castor top the charts for people aged 60-64 (708 people), 65-69 (552 people) and 70-74 (605 people).
Longthorpe and Netherton is at the top for people aged 65-79 (429 people) and 80 and over (615 people).
More than 2,800 people have now had at least one dose in every Peterborough neighbourhood.
