Coronavirus: Cases in Whittlesey fall as most places near Peterborough largely-Covid free

Most places surrounding Peterborough are nearly free of Covid cases, with cases in Whittlesey - one of the worst affected areas last week - also showing a fall.

The town had 16 cases in the seven days up to April 24, a rise of 14 in that time, but new figures up to May 2 show it had a total of seven cases, a drop of nine and a 56% decrease on the previous week

These are the latest official figures.
