Students showcase engineering skills
Peterborough's The Voyager Academy was one of a select group of three schools invited to take part in a new workshop provided by the University of Cambridge's department of engineering.
A group of female students from Year 9 took part in the workshop’s coding competition and the academy was proud to announce that two of the students, Agnieska Wypych and Greta Jurgleviciute, were prize winners on the day.
The aim of the workshop was to increase female students’ awareness of the range of interesting careers available in the engineering industry.
