Peterborough school issues warning after pupils ‘followed by man’
A secondary school in Peterborough has issued a warning after some of its pupils were allegedly followed by a man.

Hampton Gardens School addressed a message to parents and carers which read: “We have recently been notified of two incidents last week where students may have been followed by an unknown male.
“The incidents took place in Yaxley around the Broadway area, specifically at the area closest to the church.

Hide Ad“The male was described as being tall, bald and 50+. The police have been informed and their advice, should a student feel they are being followed, is to find an adult and call the police.”
The school confirmed the information on the post was correct when contacted by the Peterborough Telegraph.
The PT also contacted Cambridgeshire police for a response. A spokesman said he could not find a log of the incident.
