Heating issue closes Peterborough primary school

West Town Primary in Midland Road, Peterborough, said on its website this morning: “Due to a problem with the heating, school will be closed on Tuesday 26th January 2021.
“Please do not send your child into school. 
“We will update you tomorrow with more information.”
All other schools in Peterborough are open again today for the children of key workers after most were closed yesterday following the weekend’s snowfall.
A spokesperson at the school told the Peterborough Telegraph that engineers are currently working on site and parents would be updated directly and through a message on the school’s website.
