Activities coordinator Vikki Harris and residents of Longueville Court Care Home, put on a Christmas show, The night before Christmas, for their fellow residents and family members.
The show started off with Thea performing her rendition of the Sugar Plum Fairy. The choir then sang some carols. David, a resident at Longueville Court Care Home, then wowed residents and families as he appeared dressed as Santa and handed out gifts to the children who wore their Christmas Pjs.
The show then moved to the nativity scene, which featured Thea and Marley playing Joseph and Mary. The whole show was a magical experience to watch. The residents really did pull out all the stops.
Resident ambassador David Crowson said: “It was wonderful seeing the children’s faces light up when handed a gift. Vikki has done a wonderful job organising the show. We are just so happy the residents, children, and families enjoyed seeing it.”
General manager Krzysztof Krzysztofiak said: “The activities team and residents did a wonderful job. The show was great. Watching the children and residents enjoying Christmas is what it is all about.”
