Macmillan Coffee Morning at Werrington Lodge
Friday 12th September we hosted our Macmillan Coffee Morning.
We would like to thank all who thought of us and donated cakes for sale, donated money, attended and bought. Also, thanks to our volunteer Sue who came to help us on a busy morning.
We had a lovely gathering and it was nice to sit and chat over a cuppa and cake, welcoming back some family members which is what our monthly Coffee Mornings are about.
Residents do enjoy a coffee morning and yesterday was no exception chatting to visitors and staff
We raised £124.00 for Macmillan which was a nice amount and beat our last year's donation amount
