Vistry appoints Mike Hodson as technical director for East Anglia
Vistry, the UK’s leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes, has strengthened its East Anglia leadership team with the appointment of Mike Hodson as technical director.
Mike brings more than 28 years of experience across the contracting and housebuilding sectors, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality projects. He joins the East Anglia region following over a decade with Vistry in London, where he also served as Technical Director. During this time, he worked closely with housing association partners, local authorities, and investors to deliver successful developments across the capital.
Prior to Vistry, Mike held senior positions at Galliford Try and Kier Construction, further broadening his expertise in technical leadership and project delivery. His strong attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to innovation will support the region as it navigates evolving regulatory requirements and continues to deliver high-quality homes for customers and communities.
