Peterborough Pizza Express branch saved
The Peterborough branch of Pizza Express will remain open, it has been confirmed.
While 73 branches of the restaurant will close, the branch in Cathedral Square will remain open.
The chain was founded by Peterborough businessman Peter Boizot 55 years ago.
Earlier this month Peterborough MP Paul Bristow wrote to bosses at the chain to save the city branch, as a result of it’s links to Mr Boizot.
