Peterborough city centre Carluccio's restaurant closes for good
The Italian eaterie, which opened in Cumbergate five years ago, was living on borrowed time.
The financially troubled national chain announced in June it had entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement putting 30 venues at risk under restructuring.

The Peterborough restaurant was given a stay of execution, with an announcement that it was expected to stay open until December.
However, doors remained closed today with a number of customers receiving an email notifying them of its closure.
