Homes builder in Peterborough names its new team
Peterborough-based housebuilder Linden Homes Midlands has unveiled a number of key appointments.
The developer, based in Southgate Park, in Orton Southgate, has just appointed a new managing director and a new sales team.
Taking over as managing director is Trevor Dempsey.
He joins from the firm’s neighbouring eastern region more than 20 years’ experience in the new home indusrty.
Mr Dempsey said: “I am pleased to join the well established Midlands region as its managing director and look forward to continue building on its previous success.”
Heading up the sales department is Sam Hart, supported by newly appointed sales manager Charlotte Barber and recently promoted senior sales manager Gary Cranfield, who joined the firm five years ago.
