The appeal has been made by XL Displays, in Manasty Road, Orton Southgate, which hopes businesses will create an Easter eggstravaganzer for youngsters living in refuge and poverty in the Peterborough area.

The company has teamed up with the Salvation Army, which will distribute the treats in time for Easter but donations must be received by April 2.
