Where can I find out more?

The firm has operated out of Peterborough for the past 100 years, and from the site on Manor Drive for over 30 years. What are the hours and when can I start?

Most of the roles currently being recruited are permanent, full-time posts, though if a candidate wants more flexible hours the recruitment team are happy to work with them. Successful candidates available for immediate start could be on the team within the week, while they will happily wait for others with the right skill-set who need to give longer notice periods to their present employer – Baker Perkins wants the right people in the right roles, so will work with you.

The firm was acquired by the Schenck Process Group during lockdown, which has ambitious plans for the future, and it is likely the workforce in this household name in food manufacturing will be growing again in the future.
