Dedicated staff are praised by Peterborough construction company
Princebuild, of Empson Road, held an awards ceremony at the Peterborough Marriott hotel to launch the new long service awards scheme and to celebrate the dedication of the many long serving staff members.
All staff with more than 10 years’ service were invited to attend the event and were presented with company branded pins and a financial bonus for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years’ service.

Hide AdIn total, 47 staff were presented with awards, including a special long service award for company co-founder Stuart Pudney who has served for 45 years.
He was presented with a watch by retired associate director Laurie Mould who also dedicated the majority of his career to Princebuild.
Matthew Pudney, Princebuild director, said: “We have many members of staff who have been with us for a long time and we wanted to find a way to show our appreciation for their hard work and loyalty over the years.
“These long serving members of staff are invaluable to the on-going success of our business and we hope that in recognising their efforts we will also inspire other members of staff to follow in their footsteps.”
The awards will now be presented to staff on a quarterly basis as and when the milestones are reached.
