Residents can sign up or renew their subscription online at www.peterborough.gov.uk/brownbins or by phone on 01733 747474 after August 3. Residents that sign up by August 31 have the option to pay direct debit in three installments in September, October and November.

Garden waste collections in Peterborough will return to fortnightly from today (August 4), following the move to a four-weekly extended collection as a result of the impact that Covid-19 has had on waste services.

The garden waste collection is an optional, paid-for, year-round service. Brown bins are only collected from households that have signed-up to this service.
