Suspected Peterborough drug dealer arrested after vehicle stopped

A suspected drug dealer was arrested after police stopped a vehicle in Gunthorpe.

The arrest was made at around 11.30pm on Saturday in Squires Gate.

Cambridgeshire police said they had seized “large quantities of Class B drugs’ and have arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.

He has been released on police bail.
