A driver who ‘tailgated’ a police vehicle in Peterborough was stopped and arrested for drink driving.

The driver was stopped by the police vehicle he was following too closely and failed a roadside breath test.

“Upon stopping and speaking to the driver, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from them.

“A roadside breath test reveals the driver is over the limit, blowing 80Uggs at the roadside. Driver arrested and in custody.”
