It has been more than six months since the children’s play centre closed its doors following the outbreak of Covid-19 but it is to open at 10am on Friday with safety measures in place.

Due to the ‘Rule of six,’ they are unable to take bookings for parties but adults are able to bring in groups of up to five children.

Sessions will need to be booked in advance on the Activity World website and the maximum number of people permitted inside the building will be 130 (usually 500).

The decision has been made not to offer cooked food, instead only hot and cold drinks and snacks will be available.

During term times the site will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and it will be open fully during school holidays.

On weekdays, they will be operating two hour sessions starting at 10am, 1pm and 4.15pm but during weekends and holidays the two hour sessions will start at 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm.
