Over the course of 2014, we visited almost 50 pubs and restaurants, generally within a 20 mile radius of Peterborough, to give readers a taste of what is one offer gastronomically.

Here we take a look at our pick of the year - not necessarily the best - but places that bring plenty to the table in terms of great food and service.
