There’s a sharp an sardonic night of comedy promised tonight (Friday) at the Solstice in Peterborough

The Solstice Comedy Night gets underway at 7.45pm and features crowd pleasing comedy duo Brian Damage & Krysstal, Joey Page (As seen on Nevermind the Buzzcocks), Leo Kearse and MC Kevin Shepherd.

Tickets for the launch night are £5.

Later in the week, Funhouse Comedy returns to the North Street Bar, Peterborough (Wednesday March 4) for a laughter packed night.

Headlining the night is song writer, animator and comedian Howard Read. Best known for appearances with his animated associate; Little Howard. Delivering his material with appeal and modesty he keeps the audiences under his charm and if you’re lucky he may bring along his ukulele to play.

Supporting will be actor, writer and stand-up the positive and personable Laura Lexx, with her delightfully funny take on things. Happy to discuss anything with the audience her distinctive style is both cheeky and charming.

Completing the line-up will be the uniquely funny Steve Armstrong.

The energetic Ben Murray is MC for the evening with his cheeky, chatty and upbeat style.
