SAMANTHA Hayes has fast become one of my favourite thriller writers. I loved her last book, Until You’re Mine, and have been utterly gripped by her new novel, You Belong To Me.
Fleeing from an unhealthy relationship and desperate to find herself again, Isabel has left England to begin a new life in India. She is certain that no-one knows where she is – until a letter arrives which shakes her world. Isabel is forced to return home to deal with some tragic news, but is determined not to succumb to the fear she once felt. She has met someone she thinks she can trust, but, still cannot shake the feeling she is being watched.
After tragedy strikes again and Isabel is left feeling isolated and scared, Isabel is drawn to the person she is most afraid of, with terrifying results.
Cleverly plotted, well written and with a twist that will render you speechless, this is a psychological thriller that is up there with the very best of them! Can’t wait for her next one. Review by Lisa Hylton.
