There is a chance to step back in time to 1371 and experience first-hand the delights of a medieval Christmas at Peterborough’s Longthorpe Tower.
Pay a visit on 13 and 14 December from 10am to 5pm for a day of festive family fun, all within one of Peterborough’s most remarkable historical sites.
Join the servants as they prepare for the arrival of “the family” and find out how the festive season was celebrated in the Middle Ages.
Try your hand at preparing a banquet and top it off by making a medieval Christmas decoration as a memento of your trip.
Just drop-in. £4 adults, £3 children, students and concessions, families £10 and under 5s/heritage pass holders free.
