Weekends of great live music lined up at Peterborough bar

It might be closed for lockdown but John, Neil and the team at Coyotes Bar and Grill in the city centre have wasted no time in putting together some great nights of live music in the run up to Christmas.

The venue in Northminster Road is hoping to reopen, under government guidelines, on December 2 and revealed its packed weekend events this week.

On Friday, December 4, the fantastic West End Jerseys will be on stage with their tribute to Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.

The following night (December 5) there will be two performances - starting with a Swing Brunch with music and songs from the West End Rat Pack, before later in the evening the West End Jerseys return to take to the stage for a second night.

Friday, December 11, will feature one of Peterborough’s best known live bands - Children Of The Revolution (pictured) taking to the stage.

Saturday, December 12, another highly rated soul band The Contacts will be bringing their Motown sound to Coyotes - and this gig is already nearly sold out.

JD King’s Elvis will be on stage for a night dedicated to the king on Friday, December 18, while on Saturday, December, 19, it will be the turn of TheHoundDogs to rock the joint.

Joh n said: “We cannot wait to welcome you back through the Coyotes doors for more nights of fantastic entertainment and food.

“So we’ve planned an incredible December for you all! We will be looking to hold entertainment every night of December from when we are allowed to re-open!”
