Teddi the Drag Queen was a regular host of Drag Queen bingo at The Chalkboard Cafe, but Coronavirus put those performances on hold. So instead, she bought her entertainment to Facebook. Performing every Friday night at 7.30pm on her page she wants to ‘bring joy in a time of darkness’.

Edward Smith who performs as Teddi said: “I perform to have silly fun and to get people’s minds off of it all. My shows are usually on a Friday anyway so now to audience gets to see that all the time. IT gives me time away from the serious doom and gloom. It’s nice to have a creative outlet and keep my mind off of the whole thing. When Friday rolls around it’s Teddi time which is always fun!”
